went to this dentist when i was younger and had braces fitted, treatment took along time but the staff are very nice and helpful, after the treatment finished i was given a retainer but it broke and when i went back dr woolass refused to fix it cause i missed one appointment (as a result my teeth went crooked). i may have caught her on a bad day. hopefully no one else will have the same experience. as already mentioned though, the staff were very nice and friendly.
